At VENGALINK LLC, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a return under the following conditions.


Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

📌 We do not accept returns on used or opened masks due to hygiene reasons.

If your return is accepted, we will provide return instructions and a shipping label if applicable. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at vengalinks@gmail.com if:

  • The item is defective or damaged
  • You received the wrong item

We will evaluate the issue and take appropriate action.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Opened or used face masks (for hygiene reasons)
  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards and digital/downloadable products

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, we recommend returning the item first and then placing a new order. Once we accept the return, you can purchase the replacement item separately.


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about your refund status.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
